Here you can easily submit a form to change your membership at Tananger Treningssenter. This means you can cancel your membership, change your type of membership or apply to freeze your membership.

The cancellation is effective from the day you submit the form, but REMEMBER that you have 1 month's notice period regardless of membership. This means that you must pay for the next period listed on the invoice (for membership with a commitment, 12 months must be paid before this can happen.

You must also return your entry chip/card. If you do not receive a response within two weeks, please let us know again. Please note that our response may end up in your spam folder.
